"Modified BSD License" describes it pretty well.
The "Modified BSD License" is a specific license, not just a generic
phrase meaning "a BSD license modified in some kind of way".

There is no practical difference for our purposes.
FreeBSD is GPL-compatible too. Perhaps it should be added to our
license dropdown in savannah.
