Oh, thanks. :-)

Just to make sure--I recall that I've changed 'Group type' setting to
'non-GNU' in the administration interface and then changed status from
'Pending' to 'Active'.  I then hit 'update' as always and it seemed to
me that the changes were in effect.

Was that the proper way to approve a project as 'non-GNU'?
