AFAIK the book is proprietary. I saw it sold as paperback a few years
ago.
My personal opinion is that given the legal uncertainty, and the
likeliness of being asked for removal by the publisher, it would be
more useful to the free software community to write brand new
exercises (along with their solution :)).
