  The idea: Deskweb underlying concept is simple: it applies to web
applications the characteristics of iconography and usability proper to a
common windows system desktop. Its common graphic layout and its fruibility
features, similar to the ones of operative systems, are user friendly and
gives to the users the possibility of easily learning how to exploit all the
software’s potentiality. It could be used in various ways: as Content
Management System, company groupware, community, wiki; to show information to
the users (front end) and/or to administrate them (back end). But, being the
project at its eary stages, those pointed before are only few of its several
possibilities of application, all improvable.
