Hello,

Thanks for the reminder.  I've uploaded the source code for the
documentation, I will also make the copyright notice changes at some point
soon.  The figures are in eps format and at some point I will also dig out
the original files (where I still have them) and put them on the download
pages.

However a more substantial issue is whether or not this is the sort of
project that you want to host?  I don't want to spend ages on licensing
details only to be told that savannah is not interested in such a specalised
piece of work.
