Hi, 

I've uploaded a new version of the efs lib with the gpl license included. You
can find it at http://flex.pipos.be/~flecxie/efsl-20050409.tar.bz2

About the DSP: no specific TI binaries are included in the project and we're
not planning to distribute any binaries of the library. (code is ansi c)
