Hi Ronald,

As I see there's no problem in approve your project, but do you have
any source code yet? if you have it please, give us an URL to download
it or if you prefer upload it to this tracker.

We wish to review your source code, even if it is not functional, to
catch potential legal issues early.

For example, to release your program properly under the GPL you must
include a copyright notice and permission-to-copy statements at
the beginning of every file of source code.  This is explained in
http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-howto.html.  Our review would help catch
potential omissions such as these.

On the other hand if you do not have any source code, we can approve
your project as without source code, this means that we will review
your CVS in a month(more or less) looking for any kind of problem, in
case that you do not have source code yet, are you agree with this
point?
