I just tried pushing a small update, and it was rejected
due to an "unpacker error" on the remote:

$ git push
Enter passphrase for key '/home/greg/.ssh/id_rsa':
Enumerating objects: 15, done.
Counting objects: 100% (15/15), done.
Delta compression using up to 32 threads
Compressing objects: 100% (9/9), done.
Writing objects: 100% (9/9), 2.17 KiB | 2.17 MiB/s, done.
Total 9 (delta 7), reused 0 (delta 0), pack-reused 0
error: remote unpack failed: unable to create temporary object directory
To git.sv.gnu.org:/srv/git/lmi.git
 ! [remote rejected] master -> master (unpacker error)
error: failed to push some refs to 'git.sv.gnu.org:/srv/git/lmi.git'

I repeated the command a couple minutes later, but got the
same error message.
