Then /p/administration should clearly say how to clone
administration/savane.git.

Since the natural way to get current source code for a Savannah group is to
follow the links under "Development Tools", we might consider pushing current
administration/savane.git master as a new branch of administration.git (e.g.
"savane") --- and further maintaining the code there.
