Is it normal that perf top shows:
     50.95%  libzebra.so.0.0.0  [.] access_list_delete
     3.10%  [ixgbe]            [k] ixgbe_poll
     2.50%  libc-2.14.1.so     [.] 0x137884
     2.08%  [kernel]           [k] ip_route_input_common
     1.95%  [kernel]           [k] do_raw_spin_lock
     1.64%  [kernel]           [k] acpi_os_read_port
     1.53%  [kernel]           [k] fib_table_lookup

This is BGP with 32 peers - and two uplink peers with ~400k prefixes

This two uplink bgp sessions are feeding really long time - it takes 
from 10 to 15 minutes to get all prefixes and in top is

     50.95%  libzebra.so.0.0.0  [.] access_list_delete
Taking 100% of one CPU
