[savannah-help-public] Upload the website

Dear friends,
I have two project hosted in non-gnu savannah.
The problem is I can't upload my website. 
For instance, I have hosted a project
https://savannah.nongnu.org/projects/ptbl/
 
and I can upload my source code using documentations at
http://savannah.gnu.org/maintenance/DownloadArea .

But, I don't know the server where I should upload the index.html file,
which should be located at http://www.nongnu.org/ptbl/

Please help.
