[Savannah-help-public] Removing two projects.

Hello,

The 'paradisEO' and 'guimoo' projects are now supported by INRIA (French 
National Institute for Research in Computer Science and Control). 
Although they obviously remain under the lGPL license,  I have to move 
both the projects in another forge.
Can you remove in Savannah everything's related to those projects as 
well as the following mailing list : 'address@hidden'.
