Your version of SSH is about 3 years old, so upgrading it is likely to fix
the issue.

If that still doesn't work, can you then provide me the output of:
ssh -v address@hidden
cvs -t -z3 -d:ext:address@hidden:/cvsroot/lmi co lmi
?
