Note that the source of the problem can be when you paste
the content from the terminal/console you are using. You
have to copy the key and edit it to make sure there's no
line breaks.

The form do not limit your entry to 60 column and do not
insert line break (despite the fact it can possible looks
like). You have to check the number of registered keys.
If it really tells that there are several keys while you
registered only one, you hit an another mozilla 1.1/1.2's
bug and the only thing we can do for you is to tell you to
go back to previous versions or to try konqueror.
