The form do not limit your entry to 60 column and do not
insert line break (despite the fact it can possible looks
like). You have to check the number of registered keys.
If it really tells that there are several keys while you
registered only one, you hit an another mozilla 1.1/1.2's
bug and the only thing we can do for you is to tell you to
go back to previous versions or to try konqueror.

When trying to enter my digital id at
https://savannah.nongnu.org/account/editsshkeys.php, I
found that the form limits my entry to 60 columns, and
inserts line breaks into the key. As a result, the
site thinks I've got three separate keys instead of one
longer one.
