But you only showed exactly one of the messages. You might follow-up
to sysadmin with three or five from different days to show that the
greylisting is not working.
And that greylisting is on top of the issue not resolved about FCrDNS
which would have avoided the greylist delay.
In my mind the above ordering of fixes is most desirable because it
fixes the most things. First the greylisting which should work. Then
the FCrDNS which should avoid it.
Just as a by-the-by comment too is that likely a workaround would be
to force IPv4 for this transport. At a guess. But better to get
those two problems above fixed.
