Hello,
this is to confirm that me and two other people are having the
same issue as Thérèse Godefroy mentions at
http://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/savannah-hackers-public/2019-04/msg00012.html.
Namely,
$ cvs update
cvs server: cannot open /webcvs/www/CVSROOT/config: Permission denied
Cannot access /webcvs/www/CVSROOT
Permission denied
