I have a Wireshark trace of the same thing. The first 12 frames (key
exchange, TCP window update) look fine, but then the same TCP frame is
retransmitted 13 times over a period of 10min, then the server resets
the connection. I can send you the file if you wish; it is very small.

Anonymous CVS checkout doesn't work either, but rsync on the same repo
(alive) works beautifully.
