In the past, I would schedule robocopy to mirror files on the network onto the 
backup pc. 

Also, here are the file sizes:

EmailBackup/a/Main.pst - 2.31 GB
EmailBackup/a/archive1 backup.pst - 3.44 GB
EmailBackup/b/Main.pst - 4.04 GB
