Oh thanks, "framemsgwait" sounds like a better idea for this. I just
realised that it should probably be able to accept floating points
because 1 second is fairly long and it might also be useful to reduce
the length rather than completely disable. I agree it would make more
sense for 0 to disable, but I wouldn't be bothered if it were the other
way around.

Additionaly we could add a setting for 'defaults.frame_fmt' in order to
change the text and possibly make the notice smaller, or even allow one
to customise the output to yield name or number of the given window and
frame.
