just in ratpoison boxes.

the dead keys aren't dead, instead they produce the following chars:
' = Q
` = P
" = W
^ = R
~ = W
alt+gr seems to just get ignored. so pressing for example alt+gr-4 gives a four
instead of a dollar sign.
