I don't understand why that's not visible directly, I guess it must
be encoded in some binary format instead, because at least tools like
eu-unstrip can extract it. eg "

With debuginfod present, Fedora can find the binaries, even if they
are not installed. Older RHEL versions probably lack this, but IIRC
it should bein RHEL-9
