No. I think the intent was to indicate that you could pass the name of a
recorder to dump as an arg. I'll fix.

Indeed. I had forgotten to get back to the .hx file and add the documentation.

Hmmm. Looking back at the code, I see that I should also probably name the
commands something beginning with trace. Maybe trace-record and trace-dump?
