[PATCH v6] ssi: xilinx_spips: Skip spi bus update for a few register wri

Subject: [PATCH v6] ssi: xilinx_spips: Skip spi bus update for a few register writes

A few configuration register writes need not update the spi bus state, so just
return after the register write.
