I think the ">> 1" is coming from:
43f238d Support fcntl F_GETLK64, F_SETLK64, F_SETLKW64
to convert arm to x86, and should have been removed then in:
2ba7f73 alpha-linux-user: Translate fcntl l_type
So yes, the ">> 1" is wrong. I don't understand how it can work.
