Cortex-M4 support would definitely be interesting.

I'm certainly interested in fixes and improvements being
contributed back to QEMU mainline. In general people tend
to find that maintaining boards and bugfixes out of tree
is more expensive (in time and maintenance effort) than
they first expect -- it can make it pretty tricky to
update to new versions of QEMU. In the long run it often
works out better to pay the up front cost of getting the
code through our review process, because once you've done
that it's done forever...

If you have some fixes you think should be in mainline
the first step is to send patches to us.
