Try these APT lines:
deb http://ppa.launchpad.net/gnu-psychosynth-team/ppa/ubuntu lucid main 
deb-src http://ppa.launchpad.net/gnu-psychosynth-team/ppa/ubuntu lucid
main 

I moved the PPA to:
https://launchpad.net/~gnu-psychosynth-team/+archive/ppa
