What type of computer do you use? Windows 10? Windows 7? Mac? Linux? This page has links to "binaries" (i.e., installable executables). The pages you're findig are more for someone who wants the source code.

https://www.gnu.org/software/pspp/get.html

If you still use Windows 7, you should upgrade (to Mac/Linux, ideally) but the 32-bit executables available on pspp.awardspace.info will work (the 64-bit won't; IIRC, the 64-bit package installs but will not operate).

Hi,

I am interested in installing PSPP on my personal laptop (PC). I am a bit confused about all the different packages that need to be installed prior to the installation of the program, at least according to this page: http://git.savannah.gnu.org/cgit/pspp.git/tree/INSTALL  My question is, is there a single zipfile/package that contains everything needed to install and run the program properly? Your advice is greatly appreciated.

Thank you for your help,

The irony of this ... is that the Internet is
both almost-infinitely expandable, while at the
same time constrained within its own pre-defined
box. And if that makes no sense to you, just
reflect on the existence of Facebook. We have
the vastness of the internet and yet billions
of people decided to spend most of them time
within a horribly designed, fake-news emporium
of a website that sucks every possible piece of
personal information out of you so it can sell it
to others. And they see nothing wrong with that.
