Charts

I've just checked in a change which renders the charts in the selected
output stream instead of just popping up an X window.

It's a somewhat kludgy bit of code, probably leaky and generally not
somthing that I'm terribly proud of.  However it seems to work with
the following limitations:

* Only HTML drivers are currently supported.
* It will only work for the first driver in the list.  All others will
  get no charts.


If anyone can explain to me how to embed eps files inside a postscript
file, then I'll add support for postscript as well.  I have no idea
how postscript works (and don't want to spend a lot of time learning)
so a few hints would be appreciated.
