Ok,
        I built linux from scratch.
        I tried 0.16.x 0.17.x and CVS
       (the cvs did'nt work at all because of the autoconf prob.)

        The source packages for libmustux would compile and install
        to /usr/local/lib, and its there and i always perform ldconfig
         (ld.so.conf contains the line /usr/local/lib)
ldd of /usr/local/lib/libmustux.so is:
        libasound.so.2 => /usr/lib/libasound.so.2 (0x4002e000)
        libc.so.6 => /lib/libc.so.6 (0x400b4000)
        libm.so.6 => /lib/libm.so.6 (0x401db000)
        libdl.so.2 => /lib/libdl.so.2 (0x401fc000)
        libpthread.so.0 => /lib/libpthread.so.0 (0x401ff000)
        /lib/ld-linux.so.2 => /lib/ld-linux.so.2 (0x80000000)
which is wierd should'nt it be linked to qt-mt?
