You need to download:
http://www.nmitchell.co.uk/pingus/pingus-exe-2002-10-20.zip for the .exe
http://www.nmitchell.co.uk/pingus/windows-dependancies-pingus.zip for the
required .dll's
The CVS data tree for the actual data

Could these files please be moved onto another server,
windows-dependancies-pingus is the same as has previous been moved
somewhere, but I've lost the URL of it.

Someone should really write a nice webpage on how to do this for Window's
users, with possibly a batch file for downloading the CVS tree as well.
