More info on this. I've verified that all groups John Doe is a member of have
wide open permissions on the group's calendar. The back button behavior
appears to be an Internet Explorer thing, but the other behavior happens
across the board. If I have the calendar app set as my default app and click
the "Welcome" link after producing the odd behavior, my events show up on the
welcome screen. Then, when I click the "Calendar" link again, my events are
displayed properly. Seems like some flag is being set somewhere that's reset
when you hit the home link. Any thoughts? Thanks,

D
