[Phpgroupware-developers] Resource management |

Hi all,
and happy new year.
I am working on a version of our resource database (IRM) at work. This
version is totally unofficial (just dumping things into it that I need).
While I am seeing the end of the most basic needs (links to external
TIDs and external html pages from devices and KB articles to be added) I
am looking towards the next step in modifications.
It would be great if there was ToDos, (internal) Messaging. LDAP and
Calendar events. The latter should be publisheable to a public info
page.
So I've been looking into phpGroupware (which has the four next features
already - and lacking resourcemangement). Now,
How difficult would it be to port an indipendent app as a module to plug
into phpGroupWare? Anyone done this? Thoughts on the process? (Would it
be easier for my to just build my own features into my version of IRM?).
Would it be possible to publish stuff from Calendar to a public page
(without login) and also publish our FAQ (also in IRM) in the same
manner?
Cheers,
Martin S.
