It's probably caused because ther's a problem allocating system memory.
In that case the solution is free up memory or add more IF you are
unwilling to change the big images.
At least that's the way I would implement it.
No point in coding in limitations.

When loading the theme i get the following errors: 

WARNING [08/26/2002 14:02:22] > failed to add
'/develop/vines/themes/vines.zip'
WARNING [08/26/2002 14:02:22] > Out of memory

The theme file is 3073688 bytes, because of some big background PNG's. 
Is there any way to set the maximum memory size for the theme ?
