[Paparazzi-devel] cannot reach 100% throttle on takeoff

I can't seem to wrap my head around that one. I cannot seem to reach 100% throttle on takeoff (only 89%)

I am using v5.4.2_stable-3-gc8d866b-dirty with the nergy adaptative control loop

But I tried a couple of airframe examples with basic control loop and it is the same thing.

Is anyone else having that issue?
