adding ioio board and you have what you want.But speaking about cheap phone, i have used 90€ phone, 5Mpixel camera, dual sim, rugged outdoor, i can drop it from 1.5mt without problems,the only drawback is no gps and only 256Mbyte of RAM, but i want a 5Mpixel camera cheaper then 100€ and choose this.
