Neo has firmware in ROM, LEA has it in flash. NEO runs ~20% faster because of 
it, but cant be upgraded. LEA can also store config in flash, NEO requires 
EEPROM or BBR (or configure on boot).

NEO-6Q is basically same feature set as LEA-6H, and the best one to use in my
