The gcc-arm comes from the paparazzi repo, my apologies.
The multilib is in the correct location and updated builds are now working  
properly.  I think the /opt method is probably safer!

I've specified just the master & dev branches going forward from today.
If anybody would like any additional branches adding please ask.
