Hi ArunWe are at moment building from scratch, but use the reference from IMU from sparkfun (Razzor 9DOF IMU). and we use the monitor software from it as well, it go though UART.
The system react ok from the itself when we monitor on the display, but we do trying now wire it though Tiny2.1, but we don't know if the update rate is enough (in theory, the update rate of the sensor itself should be at 50Hz, but after going though spi, is it still 50Hz or less?)
I was wondering what is your approach? same idea? or you want to do all the computation on LPC2148?
Anyway, it is nice to know people are having the same goal :D Regards Chen 引述 Arun Sajeevan <address@hidden>:
Hi Chen, Just for my interest, can you tell me which IMU you will be using? Or are you building one from the scratch? If that is so we too are in the same process(we are just in the drawing board stage). Do share your knowledge in this idea. Regards Arun 2010/8/23 C.KUO <address@hidden>Hi all We are now work on building IMU around the tiny to replace IR sesnor, and i was wondering, what is the update rate of the IR sesnor for attitude? because we are trying to compare the speed to see if our IMU will work. The IMU we are use is connect to tiny though SPI as we want to use other chip to compute attitude information. Anyway, any advices are welcome.
