I have noticed that if I am connected to the internet and banned from google 
maps because I have downloaded too much, the software does not detect the 403 
error messages and continues to try to download. It would be good if the 
software detected the 403 error message and just used cache. Is it possible for 
someone to point me towards the map download code (I have had a good look but 
cannot find it) so I can have a crack at changing it to do this?
