Rui, the test you are doing is to set IR_NEUTRAL values. When all the 
sensors are covered with foam they are at (almost) the same temperature, 
so you should get 0 for all values. If not, change the 
ADC_(IR1,IR2,TOP)_NEUTRAL in your airframe conf file. Then go outside 
without covering the sensors, check the maximum value in all the 6 
directions (put your aircraft in the right position, on the back, on the 
nose, on the tail, on the left wing and on the right wing). If the 
maximums are high enough and with the same order of magnitude, your PFD 
should work fine.
