You
should certainly look at "The Insider's Guide To The Philips ARM7-Based
Microcontrollers" (Google it and download the .pdf).
There
is also a GNU C compiler called WinARM or the commercial "Keil Development
Tools for ARM".
Note
that Paparazzi has it's own compiler built in so you don't really need the
abovementioned compilers.
