[Paparazzi-devel] Added new tiny header file

For all those that have a tiny 2.11 and need to edit or already did edit there tiny_2_1.h  file to get the correct battery voltage output from a tiny 2.11, I have added tiny_2_1_1.h to paparazzi3/conf/autopilot which will fix the battery voltage output issues by changing the coefficient.. Just figured i would email all and tell so others could use it
