Hi there
I was recently playing around Tiny1.1, so I may be able to help you.
Have you upload the bootloader? if yes, then check with your USB wire
connection, are they connected well?
I currently have 3 of tiny 1.1 working, so you if want, I can share all the
step I have been taken to you.
