[Pan-users] Oops - can't get 0.13.0.91 to build now

After building the packages for 0.13.0.91 yesterday I updated my gtk+2.0 from
2.0.5 to 2.0.6 via urpmi (so all reqs were handled). However, now 0.13.0.91
does not want to build:
