There will be a new version specialising in dust busting released very 
shortly, followed up later in the year by an all new version 7.0.

Pixar talked me into a Mac version too if anyone else needs it.

It was actually one of the first apps to support OpenEXR.  It won't load 
the test suite from the latest OpenEXR package as it's still using OpenEXR 
1.0, but most images in general use will load, in fact most of the 
commercial sets of OpenEXR and Radiance map collections were edited and 
saved by Photogenics.
