I've adapted Texinfo, style, simplified input checks (esp. ellipsoid, as we
now have one function for that that does it all), adapted tests and examples
(values) and some more things.

I am very pleased with your contributions, Anonymous. There was some work to
do for me there but I enjoyed it (hobby after all) and I enjoyed working with
you.
