Follow-up Comment #19, bug #55178 (project octave): Very interesting difference. With the same setup I get: debug> dbwhere stopped in print_usage at line 87 [C:\Program Files\GNU Octave\Octave-6.4.0\mingw64\share\octave\6.4.0\m\help\print_usage.m] I use brand new octave 6.4.0 installation on windows 7, 64 Bit-System, with an i7 processor. Any idea if this makes a difference to your installation? You seem to be on a unix-kind installation.
