Follow-up Comment #38, bug #31080 (project octave):

I have two local drive, the one with the windows system (c:), and another (d:)
for data, Octave is installed in the default directory at unit C:. I'm using
windows 10 Pro. 

I change the working directory to drive d:, and add the path to the OCTAVE
one, using addpath.

After using Reload (Set Path from the Edit menu), I can use the functions.
