Follow-up Comment #12, bug #60322 (project octave):

So, now that the patch of bug #60946 has been pushed, I rebased the patch for
the bicubic interpolation, see attachment. I also extended the tests regarding
1-pixel images, row images and column images from bug #60946. These now check
nearest neighbour, bilinear and bicubic interpolation to have a better code
coverage.
